Administration

 1. Student Education Management Section: Responsible for drafting and implementation of the plan for students mental education in cooperation with the respective departments; guiding and supervising mental education on the basis of researching and analyzing students’ ideological concept; staffing, training and assessing the student counselors; student financial aiding and merit students and outstanding classes awarding; making and revising rules and regulations for students management; organizing enrollment and orientation, opening ceremony and military training; organizing commencement and guiding graduation outlets for all students.
 2. Student Apartments Management Section: Responsible for drafting of rules and regulations for student apartments; for adjustment, distribution and management of resources of student apartments; for property management of public places of student apartments; for employment, assessment, awards and punishment, and dismissal of the managing staff of the student apartments;taking charge of the student apartments according to the “Student Apartments Management Regulations”; allocation and management as well as the public bidding and furniture purchasing for student apartments; of organizing the sanitation check and contest; carrying out activities for the cultural and ideological progress in student apartments.
 3. Mental Health Education Center: Responsible for drafting the  plan of mental health education; for mental health education for all students; for construction of network for mental health education and developing programs for students training; for delivering lectures on student mental health and conducting psychological counseling activities; for records of students mental health archiving and management.
 4. Financial Aid Center: Responsible for the draft and implementation of student financial aid programs; for publicity and interpretation of national policy on student aid programs; for implementation of financial aid to students in poor financial conditions; for improvement of the financial aid system, organization and implementation of various aiding measures; for formulation of relevant rules and regulations of student aid programs; for organization of the application and follow-up management of the national student loans; for establishment, management and payment coordination of work-study programs of the university; for launch of student integrity education and establishment of student integrity files; for construction and refinement of the student financial aid website and database.
 5. Graduates Employment Service Center: Responsible for inspecting, supervising and evaluating career guidance, working out and submitting the graduates employment program; for online verifying, summarizing, and submitting information of all graduates; for implementing the graduates employment policies, and actively carrying out graduates career guidance, employment education, employment consultation; strengthening the publicity of current employment situation, employment policies and collecting and releasing timely information to graduates, such as organizing graduates to participate in job fairs and broadening the channels of employment by forming close links with employers; for verifying graduates’ recommended materials and employment agreements; for selecting outstanding graduates, handling the leftover problems; for researching graduates employment, regularly offering staff training programs; for conducting follow-up survey of graduates, constructing and managing the website and information database and producing career guidance materials and manuals for all graduates.
